This Biniboo Quiet Book Dog Activity is great for fine motor skills and imagination.
You can make this Quiet book Bicycle page in the no-sew method, as long as you are willing to make short hand-stitches to attach all the ribbons on the page.

If you want to use the no-sew method, I kindly suggest reading an article about gluing before you start, to find out if your glue is suitable for making no-sew quiet book activities. Also, do a test and make sure your hot glue doesn’t melt the felt.
If you will make a sewn quiet book, make sure you know how to sew felt in quiet books correctly.
QUIET BOOK DOG PATTERN
NO-SEWING INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1
If you haven’t already, first, create a felt page base. Download and print the FREE PDF Dog Quiet Book Pattern for this activity and cut out all the shapes. You can find the pattern at the bottom of the page.
Put the paper pieces on a stiff felt, transcribe them, and then cut them out from felt. If you don’t want to waste hours searching for all the materials you need and transcribing and cutting the felt, check my DIY store where you can buy a pre-cut DIY kit for this activity page.

STEP 2
Seal the edges of the yellow and blue ribbons.
STEP 3
Put blue ribbons in the plastic clip them.
STEP 4
Put a metal ring on one blue ribbon. Put the ends of the ribbon on the backside of the gray “dog-shaped” felt. Put the stiff interfacing in between and made a small hand-stitch to fasten the ribbon firmly.
STEP 5
Turn the “dog-shaped” felt right side up. Make another hand stitch to fasten the ribbon again. Make sure you sew through the stiff interfacing. Put the metal ring as close to the stitch you just made. Now, make another stitch on another side of the ring metal, so the ring won’t move around.
STEP 6
Make sure the plastic clip is fastened. The make the stitch on another blue ribbon end on the backside of the gray “dog-shaped” felt. Don’t forget to put the stiff interfacing in between the ribbon and the felt.
STEP 7
Glue the red tounge on the backside of the “dog-shaped” felt.
STEP 8
Glue the dog on the prepared page. Glue the nose, white eye, and light pink cheeks on the gray felt. After that, also glue the black eye.
STEP 9
Take the yellow ribbon, put it through the metal carabiner, and glue one ribbon edge. Glue another ribbon edge on the previous fold. Then make a small hand stitch to fasten all the ends of the ribbon together.
STEP 10
Put the leash on the metal ring.

STEP 2
Put the gray “dog-shaped” felt on the prepared page. Put red tounge under the gray felt. Sew around the gray felt.
STEP 3
Sew on the black nose, light pink cheek and white eye. Then, sew on the black eye.
STEP 4
Seal the edges of the yellow and blue ribbons.
STEP 5
Put the blue ribbons in the plastic clip.
STEP 6
Put the plastic clip on the dog page, mark where you need to make the stitches. Put the stiff interfacing on the backside of the page where you will make the stitches and then sew the stitches. Be aware you leave enough of the ribbon on the right side because there you will also sew a metal ring in the next step.
STEP 7
Put the metal ring on the blue ribbon and make another stitch on the right side of the ring. Cut the excess of the blue ribbon (if there are any) and seal the edges with the lighter.
STEP 8
Take the yellow ribbon, put it through the metal carabiner, fold it, and make a stitch.
STEP 9
Put the leash on the metal ring.
